Based out of Athens, Georgia, Hub Athens was primed to be the next big thing for off-campus student-living for The University of Georgia. The only problem is it was still under construction. That’s why Hub Athens called The View and asked for quality digital visualizations of their unfinished property so they can get leases signed fast. In this project, we were able to provide 2D floor plans, 2D floor plates, still renderings, animated stills and virtual tours that brought the property to life. See what we did below.
