The Arbella at Ashland project gave our team the opportunity to work on the full spectrum of our marketing products for an active adults property. To attract tenants it was imperative that we not only showed off the homes, but also shared the community like the exterior space near the clubhouse, tennis courts and a cinematic animation.
Prospects could “step inside” model homes, toggle finish options, and then drift outdoors to explore the clubhouse terrace and courtside seating in 360°.
